Project Description: The Municipality of Norristown is seeking proposals for janitorial services at the following locations:
- Municipal Hall (excluding Police Department and restrooms)
- Norristown Recreation Center
Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. Services are to begin January 1, 2026. The initial contract term is 3 years, renewable for 2 additional years based on mutual agreement.
