2025-52-05 Sheriff's Towing and Impound Management Services - Franklin County

Franklin County is seeking to establish a list of qualified wrecker companies as a part of its managed services towing program. Qualified Wreckers are to be dispatched by the Towing and Impound Management Service. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office needs to ensure that the roadways are clear of disabled vehicles and that the flow of traffic is maintained. Vehicles abandoned, disabled, or damaged on the roadways can obstruct the flow of traffic or cause hazardous situations with other motorists. The Management Service will facilitate wrecker response to a scene.
