    BID CANCELLATION NOTICE
    Date: March 16, 2026
    To All Interested Bidders:
    Please be advised that the LEAP Academy University Charter School Board of Trustees
    hereby cancels the solicitation for:
    Bid No. 26-2
    532 COOPER LIGHTING AND HVAC UPGRADES
    Original Bid Opening Date: March 18, 2026, 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026
    After review, the Board has determined that the bid must be canceled due to revisions
    needed to the specifications, adjustments to project scope or administrative
    considerations requiring reissuance.
    Accordingly, no award will be made, and all bids submitted under Bid No. 26-2 are
    rejected.
    The bid will be reissued, and the project will be publicly advertised on the school’s
    webpage per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21.
