Middletown Housing Public Relations and Marketing Solicitation

The Middletown Housing Authority, of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is publishing this Small Purchase Solicitation (SPS) to solicit proposals for public relations and marketing services, for an initial period of three years. MHA is seeking one firm to assist with rebranding MHA and providing initial, as well as on-call, services as further described in this SPS. Services will also be provided to the Forest City Development Corporation (FCDC), an MHA affiliated Connecticut non-stock corporation under the contract. References to MHA in the Scope of Services may generally be read to apply to FCDC. The successful vendor may utilize subcontracted forces to perform so long as all subcontractors are identified in their response or subsequently approved by MHA.
