The City of Dubuque, Iowa and the Dubuque Police Department is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified professional services consultants to complete a space needs analysis and concept design study for the renovation and expansion of the existing police headquarters. The police department is currently located within the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center at 770 Iowa Street. This building is also home to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, and the Dubuque County Jail.
