Project Description: This project involves the structure replacement of South Broad Street over Towamencin Creek. The proposed culvert replacement is a single span precast reinforced concrete box culvert. The structure will have a 12’-0” clear span length and will be placed at a 80 degree skew. This structure width will provide for two (2) 12’-0” lanes, two (2) 5’-0” shoulders with PA Type 10M barriers.
