Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: The SUU Nursing Lab Remodel converts former choir spaces (Group A) into clinical instructional labs (Group B). The scope includes installing nursing headwalls, coordinating medical gas/vacuum utilities, upgrading power/data/AV infrastructure, and executing targeted finish and equipment upgrades.
