Entry Matting

CBE is looking to source from one or multiple bidders for internal entry matting replacement as stated in the RFP. Bidders shall provide all personnel, equipment, labour and supervision required to provide and maintain during warranty period, entry matting listed in the scope of work.

(a)        All submissions must be addressed to the CBE Buyer and uploaded electronically on the e-Procurement platform, Euna Procurement (Bonfire) at:
https://cbe-ab.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/110251
(b)        The Proposal must include the Signature Form specified in Section 4.0(s) below, and shall be signed by the Respondent.
(c)        The CBE will not accept Proposals via facsimile, USB stick, paper copies, email or other form except as noted herein.
(d)        The Proposal shall be type-written and complete. Proposals not sent in the manner indicated herein will not be considered.
(e)        Proposals must be received by the Closing Date, at the defined time set forth in Section 1.4, failing which the Proposal will not be accepted and be disqualified.
(f)        Euna Procurement’s (Bonfire’s) time clock shall be the only measure for the exact time of the Proposal submission receipt.
(g)        Electronic Proposal submissions, inclusive of all required documents, shall be submitted.
(h)        Electronic Proposal submission shall not provide references or electronic links to external/Cloud storage, and any such referenced information will not be considered as part of the Proposal Submission.
(i)        Respondents may be required to enter compliancy/mandatory requirements and prices in a bid table/pricing sheet on the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) platform. Please allow sufficient time to complete your submission.
(j)        Zipped or compressed files in any form will not be considered.
(k)        The Owner will only accept and evaluate one Proposal Submission per Respondent.
