Town of Whitecourt COR Audit Services

The Town of Whitecourt is requesting quotes from qualified companies to complete a Certification of Recognition (COR) Audit through Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association (AMHSA).

Quotations must be submitted electronically over email, and must include this RFQ, and any addenda that may be published.

Quotes can be submitted electronically over email to Jessica Barrett, Health & Safety Coordinator, at jessicabarrett@whitecourt.ca. Quotations must be included as an attachment. Links to third-party websites/software programs to download quotes will NOT be accepted.

Subject line for your electronic submission must include the Project Title and RFQ Number as indicated in Section I Item 5.

Quotes must be received prior to the closing time set forth in Section I Item 5, or they will not be accepted. Proponents are cautioned that the Closing Time is based on when the Quote is received by the Town and NOT when a Quote is submitted by the Proponent. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to be mindful of the length of time for the Quote to be transmitted due to file transfer size (note that the Town of Whitecourt’s servers will ONLY accept files sizes that are 10MB or less), transmission speed or other factors. The Town shall not be responsible for any failure to receive submissions sent by the Proponent, and Proponents are encouraged to take steps to ensure their Quote has been received in advance of the deadline. Negligence on the part of the Proponent in preparing the Quote confers no right for the withdrawal of Quote after it has been opened.
