Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah’s Watershed Restoration Initiative and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: to create a new pond.
Mandatory Site Visit: Yes. See time and date in Attachment B Scope of Work.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through entirety of project.
