Design and Construction of One (1) Relocatable Classroom

The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CEF) (Owner) is adding one portable to Ecole Quatre Vents in Regina in 2026. They would like to have a Design Builder selected to construct the portable classroom in situ and ensure the portable is open this year.

The Owner expects that the Proponent will:

• Discharge their services in a professional, courteous and respectful manner;
• Adhere to the project schedule;
• Work together cohesively with the team in a positive, team focused manner;
• Bring innovative ideas and approaches to their services; and
• Look for opportunities to deliver the project differently and enhance Owner value.

The Owner is looking for a Proponent that will bring a high level of expertise in delivering their services and that will be respectful of the Owner's expectations and the Owner's role.

RFP Schedule

The following milestones are planned for this RFP process:

• Issue RFP :April 9th, 2026
• Deadline for Questions :April 16th, 2026
• RFP Close : April 20th, 2026
• Evaluation Complete : April 22nd, 2026
• Start of Work / Contract Award : Week of April 27th, 2026

• The language of this RFP shall be English. All inquiries shall be directed to the RFP Process Manager via email. Communication with Owner board members or staff other than the RFP Process Manager may result in disqualification.
