PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for building demolition and repair construction services on the Green Mountain National Forest. Work includes but is not limited to asbestos abatement, interior demolition, siding and trim replacement, electrical component replacement, metal roofing installation, roof truss cross brace repair, exterior painting, and other miscellaneous building repair activities. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments.
SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
