REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL INVITATION

The McKinney Independent School District is now accepting proposals for RFP2025-01-637 – SCHOOL NUTRITION PROGRAMS FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Complete solicitations can be viewed, and proposals submitted, through the McKinney Independent School District's electronic bidding system via the link provided below. The deadline for submission is Monday, April 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM. At this time, all proposals will be publicly opened at #1 Duvall Street, McKinney, Texas 75069. Any proposals received after this time will not be considered. Faxed and emailed proposals will not be accepted.

A pre-proposal meeting will take place at #1 Duvall St, Conf Room 1, McKinney, Texas 75069 on Monday, March 24th at 2:00 PM. Additional information can be accessed in the “Activities” section of the electronic bidding system.

Only bids from TDA-Approved FSMCs will be considered. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, experience, financial conditions/stability/Business Plan, personnel management/staffing considerations, and other criteria, with price being the primary factor. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the School Nutrition Program, considering both cost and performance indicators.

Any recommendations for award will be presented on May 12, 2025, at the McKinney ISD Board of Trustees Meeting.
