The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the Northfield - Housing Type: Elderly 59, Development for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the PHA.
The Project consists of: Scrape, patch, and paint approximately 13,400 sqft of exterior walls and trim.
The work is estimated to cost 35,000.00 Dollars
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 ss 44A 2,B and to State prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49
Ss 26 to 27H inclusive and/or Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for Federal properties. If Federal, Davis-Bacon rates apply only if they are higher than State Prevailing Wages.
Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 11, 2025.
All Quotes should be delivered to 130 Court St., Plymouth, MA. 02360 and/or emailed to Greg McGowan at gmcgowan at plymha.org. and received no later than the date and time specified above. Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed.

Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for
15.00 dollars per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
