1.0 Scope of Solicitation – It is the intention of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD, the District and/or Owner) to establish an annual contract, on as needed basis, for:

Health Services Agency Nurse

Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) is seeking requests for proposal from qualified staffing agencies to provide Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) licensed by the State of Texas to fill specified supplemental nursing staffing needs for CFISD. It is the intent of CFISD to have one or more qualified contractors available on an as-needed basis to ensure quality, consistent nursing coverage in school clinics or to medically complex students. CFISD may select more than one successful proposer.
