Operation & Maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Facility

The Town of Wrentham  is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Contract Services for the Operation and Maintenance of Wastewater Conveyance, Treatment and Disposal Facilities located at the rear of the Roderick Elementary School, off of Randall Road in accordance with written specifications and conditions. Qualified vendors are requested to submit sealed proposals to the Town in accordance with the instructions contained within

Request for Proposal 2026-05 (RFP). A copy of the RFP can be obtained, starting 3/18/26 via the Town of Wrentham’s website https://wrentham.gov/Bids.aspx under “Business”.

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on March 25, 2026 at 9:00AM at the wastewater facility off of Randall Road.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Town Manager , Wrentham Town Hall , 79 South Street, Wrentham, Massachusetts 02093 until 2:00 PM, Monday, April 6, 2026 and then will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Joseph F. Botaish, II Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Wrentham Town Hall. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

The Town of Wrentham, through the Town Manager, is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; and to award contracts or to cancel this  Request for Proposals if it is in the Town of Wrentham’s best interest to do so.
