CONTRACT The contract that is awarded from this PW ITB would be valid through December 31, 2025.
Removal and Install Fall Under Public Works.
Contractor shall/must be a Washington State registered "and" licensed contractor at time of Bid submittal. Contactor must have fulfilled the Department of Labor and Industries' Public Works and Prevailing Wage Training Requirement at the time of Bid submittal.
