The SRA intends to appoint a qualified Property Management firm to serve as Property Manager for Union Station, under the supervision of the SRA. The SRA has determined that it is in the best interests of the Authority to procure Property Management Services by evaluating certain comparative quality criteria in addition to the cost of the services.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be made available starting on Thursday, February 19, 2026 online at https://www.springfield-ma.gov/planning/bid-inquiry/sra.php. A Site visit has been scheduled for March 5, 2026 at 11am (EST) at 55 Frank B. Murray Street. Questions related to this RFP will be accepted through Monday March 9, 2026 by 2PM (EST).

The RFP contains detailed and specific information about the required services, submission requirements and selection procedures. Proposals must be received at the SRA Administrative Offices, 70 Tapley Street, Springfield, MA 01104, no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered, and will be returned unopened.

The SRA is the awarding authority and reserves the right to accept any submission deemed to be in the best interest of the SRA, to waive any technicalities or irregularities in any submission and/or to reject any and/or all submissions and to re-advertise for submissions.

Any contract for Property Management Services under this RFP shall be subject to the appropriation of funds and the approval of the Governing Board of the Springfield Redevelopment Authority.
