Audit Services

This is an invitational procurement limited to suppliers prequalified under Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) 8970 – Business Consulting Services, specifically within the Audit Services category.

Only the following prequalified suppliers are eligible to participate, and only questions submitted by these suppliers will be addressed:

• KPMG LLP
• Deloitte Inc.
• Ernst & Young
• Orbis Risk Consulting
• MNP LLP

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents that were successfully prequalified through Stage One of the procurement process under RFSQ 8970. The RFP pertains to RFP 135-2025 – Audit Services, as further detailed in the RFP Particulars.

Stage One – Prequalification

On February 19, 2025, the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement issued RFSQ 8970 on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan. The objective of the RFSQ was to establish a registry of prequalified suppliers that GOS can use to efficiently and effectively procure business consulting services.

The registry is valid from February 19, 2025 to February 19, 2028, with no option to extend. GOS does not intend to refresh the list at this time.

Suppliers were invited to prequalify in one or more of the following service categories:

1. Audit Services
2. Project and Contract Management
3. Human Resource Consulting
4. Business and Process Improvement

Stage Two – Request for Proposals

Stage Two of the procurement process consists of this RFP and will result in the selection of a Successful Supplier who will be awarded the Agreement to provide the Audit Services Deliverables as described in RFP 135-2025.
