Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Forestry, Fire, & State Lands
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: heavy equipment (dozers and excavators) with operators and transports for use in the State of Utah for wildland fire suppression activities.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: vendor costs that are no more than 20% higher than that of other vendors.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first year.
