Onset Pier Improvements to Building Project. The Base Bid scope of work for the project is to install and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and to perform all operations required for renovations toone Onset Pier building, the Harbormaster Office. Work includes new roofing, siding, windows, doors, and trim. Bid Alternate 1 scope of work as noted on the drawings will include renovations of the Ticket Booth, including new roofing, siding, window and exterior door.
