Public Service Loan Forgiveness Support Services

The Office of Mental Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide information, training, and support to our workforce related to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.

We understand that public service employees often do not have the time to navigate federal loan forgiveness programs. The selected vendor will support the OMH workforce in engaging in the PSLF program.

Project goals:

  • Increase workforce retention by supporting OMH employees seeking public service loan forgiveness.
  • Reduce the burden on the OMH workforce in navigating the PSLF program.
  • Provide technical support with the application process and changes to the program.
  • Create a library of resources including recorded training, documents, and other relevant materials.
