Separate sealed bids for the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements will be received by the Sallisaw Municipal
Authority, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, at City Hall, 115 Choctaw Street, in the City Clerk’s Office or by mail to
P. O. Box 525, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, 74955. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at City Hall, 115 East
Choctaw, 3rd Floor Conference Room, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, at 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, Bids will be
accepted by the City Clerk during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the time and date specified. Any bids received after
the time set for opening will be returned unopened. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words “SEALED
BID; “Mockingbird/ Ridge Drive - SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS ” on the front of the
envelope.

Oklahoma 74955 upon payment of $ 50.00 (Electronic) for each set, which is non-refundable.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the
opening thereof.
