Science of Reading (SOR) Professional Development Program – Train-the-Trainer Services

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is as follows: Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide train-the-trainer services to prepare JSD Literacy Trainers to independently deliver and sustain the Offeror’s Science of Reading (SOR) Professional Development Program within Jordan School District. JSD is seeking a defined, time-limited training engagement designed to build internal district capacity and eliminate the need for ongoing reliance on the Offeror for districtwide delivery of the Offeror’s Science of Reading (SOR) Professional Development Program.
This RFP is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Title 63G, Chapter 6a, and applicable rules contained in the Utah Administrative Code (UAR). In the event of a conflict between this RFP and applicable law, the UCA and UAR shall govern.
