The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical
Directorate has a need to obtain sole-source subscription monthly vulnerability reports and risk
analysis for the Department of War’s U.S. pharmaceutical supply chain. USP is uniquely
qualified as the only provider combining specialized U.S. pharmaceutical supply chain data
with trusted healthcare industry partnerships—including the Defense Health Agency—to
identify alternative chemical pathways and production sources. This acquisition is strictly for
information reports and does not include any IT services, software, hardware, or system
support for the DLA IT enterprise.
