SOLICITATION

The Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks has a requirement for snow and ice removal and broadcast of surface treatments at its facility located at 1100 North College Avenue in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 561790 with a small business size standard of $9,000,000. All interested parties must be listed in the U. S. Small Business Administration’s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of quote submission and date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration.

Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to james.hunt2@va.gov, to be received no later than 10:00am CDT, Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Questions submitted after this date/time may not be answered.

As indicated on the cover page, all quotes must include the following to be considered for award:
