Description:
The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the interior cleaning and pressure washing of multiple City-owned parking garages: One City Plaza Garage, located at 34 Richardson St.; Poinsett Garage located at 25 West McBee Ave.; and the Spring St. Garage, located at 316 S Spring Street.
Pre-Bid Information:
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, February 5, 2025. The meeting location will be the first floor of the One City Plaza Garage, located at 34 Richardson St., Greenville, SC 29601.
