In the best interest of North Carolina Emergency Management and NCDOT, it has been determined to
postpone the letting for PRB.34234 until Wednesday April 22, 2026. Additional contract information is
being gathered and revisions are being prepared. Addendum files will be advertised as soon as they are
finalized. The goal is to answer all submitted questions and make contract changes based on the concerns
presented. Notification will be sent out as soon as the addendums are available on the Division 13 letting
page.
