The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing pressure washing services, to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, equipment, supplies, and incidental costs related for a complete cleaning of exterior stucco, wood, concrete, brick, window glass, and other materials and determine means necessary to achieve the required level of cleaning at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as needed basis by the District. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
