Amendment 00001:

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following:

1. Attament 1 was added.

2. Added Q&A

3. Revised SOW: Section III A. 5 on the Statement of Work. The Frequency listed as "weekly" should be Quarterly.

4. The bid submission deadline is hereby extended. Bids are now due by Monday, April 13, 2026 , at 1:00 p.m. CST.
