THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20 on behalf of the Alaska VAMC, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for:
Bedside patient monitors designed to acquire, measure, display, monitor, record/store, and in some cases analyze information related to one or more physiologic parameters reflecting a patient's clinical condition. Items offered must be capable of interfacing with the PIC iX Network. Items must also enable communications to EMR systems via standard HL7® protocols.
Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated requirement are invited to respond to this Request for Information via e-mail to Darien Justice at darien.justice@va.gov no later than 17 July 2025, 10AM PST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
Company name, SAM UEI, address, and business size. NAICS Code 339113 is applicable to determine business size standard.
Point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address.
If not the manufacturer of the proposed items, vendor must provide a letter of authorization to distribute the items from the manufacturer.
Affirmation and proof of capability to interface with the PIC iX Network.
FAILURE TO INCLUDE THE ABOVE INFO MAY RESULT IN VENDOR NOT BEING CONSIDERED FOR SET-ASIDE PURPOSES.
Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Darien Justice via e-mail.
