Maintenance and Support for Rockwell Automation and Allen Bradley software programs

Army Contracting Command – Rock Island hereby issues PANROC-25-P-0000 000298 for the procurement of the renewal of annual maintenance and support for Rockwell Automation and Allen Bradley software programs support of Joint Munitions Command (JMC) – Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) in Tooele, Utah.

In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, ACC-RI intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Sonepar Mountain Holdings, LLC for a four-year period of performance (PoP), consisting of one 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods as follows:

Base Period: 18 April 2025 – 17 April 2026

Option Period One: 18 April 2026 – 17 April 2027

Option Period Two: 18 April 2027 – 17 April 2028

*The Government reserves the right not to exercise any option periods.

SCOPE: The requirement for this solicitation is for renewal of annual maintenance and support for Rockwell Automation and Allen Bradley software programs. .

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS: Sonepar Mountain Holdings, LLC shall provide a Firm-Fixed Price Quote. Submission shall include a pricing for all requirements as outlined in Attachment 0004 – Performance Work Statement.

Quote submission shall include the following:

• Points of Contact

• Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and DUNS

• PWS para 1.5.1 -- A.001 Quality Control Plan

• PWS para 1.5.4.3.1 -- A.004 Contractor Work Plan

• IAW FAR 13.106-2(b) and FAR 15.404 please submit recent sales history for same or similar products from non-Government entities for the Contracting Officer to determine this sole source action fair and reasonable.

EVALUATION AND AWARD: The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order IAW FAR 13.106-3(a)(2) as a result of this RFQ.
