Solicitation Summary
The Office of the Attorney General is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to engage actuarial consultants and professionals to advise OAG attorneys on homeowners and medical professional liability rate and rate-related filings to determine the impact of the filings on consumers and to determine whether the filings are excessive, inadequate or unfairly discriminatory. The successful offeror(s) shall provide confidential expert opinions, oral and written advice, and reports. Offeror(s) may be required to provide expert testimony at rate hearings or before Boards, legislative and administrative bodies in support of their analysis of rate filings.

Additional Instructions
It is the State’s intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this RFP, from a Contract between the selected Offeror and the State.The Agency intends to make up to three (3) awards as a result of this RFP. See RFP Section 4.9 Award Basis for more Contract award information.
