THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Reclaim existing asphalt pavement within two (2) locations:
- The Townshend Lake Nature Area access road and parking area.
- The Townshend Lake Recreation Area entrance.

Provide and install hot mix bituminous concrete pavement within two (2) locations:
- The Townshend Lake Nature Area access road and parking area.
- The Townshend Lake Recreation Area entrance.
- Place excess reclaimed material along the shoulders of the road and edges of the parking area to match the finish elevation of the new bituminous concrete pavement and compact.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.
