Project Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is seeking a contractor to develop a demonstration software solution that will facilitate multi-agency paratransit trip booking across jurisdictions. This software solution, the Regional Paratransit Trip Booking (RPTB) system, streamlines coordination between East Bay Paratransit (EBP) and Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), allows insight into the booking process for stakeholder agencies, and provides a proof-of-concept for regional paratransit trips. This platform will be used by paratransit agency staff and will not be accessible to the public.
