The Biomedical Engineering Department at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA (VA GLA) required a service contract for comprehensive support of its Linear Accelerator (LINAC) hardware, ARIA and Eclipse software, and Full-scale network system. The expected performance period was a base year with four option years thereafter.
