26-54-0010 Raytheon IDIQ PoP Extension

This synopsis is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD intends to extend the Period of Performance of Contract N6449820D0001 from 05 December 2025 to 31 March 2027 in support of servicing Ship Wide Area Networks (SWAN).

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Raytheon (CAGE: 3J458) is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort. The resulting contract modifications are for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
