Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) requires construction services utilizing a CM/GC project delivery method for a Sterile Processing Department (SPD) renovation project in the Alaska Native Medical Center, located on the ANTHC Campus at 4315 Diplomacy Drive, Anchorage, Alaska. The project intent is to renovate and upgrade the medical equipment within the existing decontamination sub-department of the SPD.
