The Town of Mount Pleasant is seeking informal bids from interested and qualified Bidders for landscaping and planting services for one location in Mount Pleasant, as specified in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. The project will include, but is not limited to, planting, staking, digging, utility locating, traffic control, mulching, and watering with the specifications set forth within this solicitation document for a complete, turn-key project.
