Request for Qualifications for On-Call Surveying Services

Project Description: City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to provide high-quality surveying services and easement legal descriptions on an as-needed basis. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness, and competency. City intends to award two (2) contracts, each for a duration of six (6) years and up to $500,000.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's Euna Procurement online platform. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, November 13, 2025, for the purpose of selecting proposals that evidence the highest level of quality performance and technical competence.
