Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Center for Cancer Prevention and Control (CCPC), is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to provide funds to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), primary care clinics, and/or health systems with primary care clinics for the purpose of implementing evidence-based interventions (EBIs) and quality improvement methods (QI) to increase clinic-level colorectal cancer (CRC) screening rates for populations aged 45 to 75 years in clinics with a current CRC screening rate under 60%.
