Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (RFQ) Engineering Design Services for Camp Creek Greenway Trail, GDOT P.I. No. 0021215 . Submissions shall be received before 3:00 pm on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Henry County is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for P.I. #0021215 Engineering Design Services for Camp Creek Greenway (from Red Hawk Baseball Complex to McDonough Square). The Consultant shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.

Statement of Qualifications will be received until 3:00 PM local time on December 17, 2025. Late submittals will not be considered nor returned. Statement of Qualifications submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic SOQ’s are to be submitted through the County’s eProcurement Portal at ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga ). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.

Statement of Qualifications may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
