(RFP) Auditing Services for Business Personal Property Accounts - Annual Contract

Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (RFP) Auditing Services for Business Personal Property Accounts - Annual Contract. Submissions shall be received before 3:00 pm on December 3, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified consultants to provide auditing services on all business personal property accounts, on an annual contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on December 3, 2025. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County’s eProcurement Portal at ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga ). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.

Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
