Proposals for HVAC Services and Preventative Maintenance Agreement for the Colchester Police Station (herein called SERVICES), will be received by the Town of Colchester (herein called the "OWNER"), at the Colchester Town Office Building at 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, Vermont until Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A bid tabulation will be prepared and distributed upon request by interested parties. The contract for the SERVICES described within these specifications will be for a period of three (3) years, with an annual adjustment in compensation to the CONTRACTOR based on the CPI-W, Northeast Urban, Class B/C (all items).
