ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN. The City of Golden Valley’s Housing and Redevelopment authority is soliciting proposals for a five-year City-wide Economic Development Strategic Action Plan (Plan). The Plan should provide overarching mission and goals for the HRA’s next five years of work. In addition, it should outline clear, implementable tasks or projects to achieve those objectives in the short-, mid-, and long-term. Some areas of desired study have been named in the Statement of Work and Deliverables, but it is expected that the selected consultant may make additional recommendations during the development of the Plan. To view the entire RFP, visit this link . Proposals are due on May 2, by 11:59 p.m. Contact Christine Costello , housing and economic development manager, with any questions.
