Construction Services for ADA State of Good Repair North and South Stations

Project Description: Assessment, survey, and subsequent design of ADA facility rehabilitation, maintenance, and construction at the following stations of Milwaukee North and Milwaukee West subdivisions: Many station components do not meet the design criteria requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and must be repaired or replaced. The project will include, but not be limited to, assessments, surveys, and subsequent designs of ADA facility rehabilitation, maintenance, and construction work at the following 11 stations: MDN Edgebrook. MDN Glenview, MDN Northbrook, MDN Libertyville/Prarie Crossing, MDN Long Lake, MDW Hanson Park, MDW Mars, MDW Franklin Park, MDW Bensenville, MDW Medinah, MDW National Street. Station components may include, but not be limited to, ramps, handrails, curb & gutter, parking lots, pavement markings, signage, and other site alterations as required to satisfy accessibility criteria for the identified sites.
