Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Becton Dickinson, San Jose CA ,95131. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses.

2. Svc Cont FACS Flow Supply System CMN: 349277 SN: 349277N0530 - QTY: 1/YR.



Note: This requirement is for Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for FACSymphony Equipment, POP - Base 11/1/2025 - 10/31/2026, plus 4 option years. The Statement of Work and Justification and Approval documents are attached.



The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
