The City has established a standardized specification for drinking fountains to ensure consistency in design, durability, accessibility, and long-term maintenance. Through this three-year contract, the City intends to replace existing drinking fountains that are no longer operational, do not meet current accessibility standards, or require modernization to improve user experience and reliability.
The selected vendor will support the phased replacement of fountains citywide, helping the City enhance public access to safe drinking water, improve ADA compliance, and ensure long-term performance and maintainability. The City is seeking qualified vendors with demonstrated experience in furnishing and/or installing high-quality drinking fountain systems that meet municipal standards and can be delivered efficiently over the contract term.
