The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a maintenance contract for arboriculture services throughout the city of Lynchburg, to include weekly and as needed services with a target to have the arboriculture crew(s) complete eighty (80) labor hours per week utilizing a bucket truck and chipper.
