Scope of Services
The Melbourne Airport Authority (hereinafter referred to as “Authority or MLB”) is soliciting responses of sealed bids from qualified Bidders for the construction of a terminal monument entrance sign, to include the demolition and removal of the existing structure; per specifications in Appendix A: Specifications. Please note the detailed specifications which include a requirement for a cast in place concrete base, with no alternative or CMU options acceptable. A public construction bond in the amount of 5% is required for this project, with the form attached.

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bidders are not required, but are encouraged to attend this meeting.
The meeting will begin at 1 Air Terminal Way, Melbourne, FL 32901. Bidders should meet on the first floor of the Airport Terminal, in the Florida Room; which is directly to the left of the Badging Office. A review of the bid submission and specification requirements will be conducted followed by a site visit at the front present monument sign. |
